Petory Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Please check the app and the App Store / Google Play for the included features and current prices, which may differ by region. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, it automatically becomes a paid subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes, you can start for free. Some features are available with the paid plan "Petory Pro". Please check the app for the included features and prices.
Will it tell me if my pet is sick?
No. Petory is an app for keeping records. It does not diagnose, decide on treatment, or judge whether something is an emergency. If you are worried, please talk to your veterinarian before recording.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can start as a guest without an email address. To be ready for a new phone, we recommend moving to your Google or Apple account. If you delete the app while still a guest, you will not be able to open your records again.
Will I get notifications?
Only if you turn them on, for example record reminders. They are scheduled on your device; we do not use a notification server.
How do I cancel?
On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, and Petory Pro stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete it from the "More" tab in the app. If you cannot open the app, you can ask us by email. See Delete Account & Data.
